Be the Lead Host: Own a Concept!
What It Is: Take the lead and be the dedicated host of one of our 8 overarching podcast concepts. You’ll own and project-manage the design and outcome for that theme, from initial idea to final episode.
Your Commitment & Responsibilities: Consistent volunteering, leading episode planning, hosting discussions, and often managing guest outreach for your chosen concept. This role is for those ready to drive a channel with their passion and vision.

- Creative Ownership: Your vision, your voice, your show! Design entire segments or series within your concept, diving deep into topics you’re passionate about.

Share the Mic: Become a Co-host!
What It Is: Collaborate with a lead host, or join a group of co-hosts if there’s strong interest in a specific concept. You’ll regularly share the microphone, bringing your unique perspective and shared leadership to segments or a series within a show concept.
Your Commitment & Responsibilities: Consistent volunteering with shared responsibilities for episode planning, co-hosting, and contributing ideas for segments within a show concept. A great way to build your podcasting skills collaboratively.

Your Commitment & Responsibilities: Flexible. For on-mic guests: Prepare for one recording (5-60 min). Share your story/expertise – then done! For behind-the-scenes: Offer skills for micro-projects (e.g., research, editing, transcription, outreach). Involvement is simple. Option to remain anonymous!
